I had a heck of a time finding any info on it, but that’s what it seems to be. Or something very similar. The Have Glass program is intended to reduce RCS.

That’s what I thought, since I heard it was being applied to Wild Weason F-16CMs (CJs now? I can’t remember). I’d guess its similar in concept, if not exactly the same material.
